Layers in Time takes visitors on a self-guided 1.4km loop of Woodford Reserve, capturing the site\u2019s history and sharing these stories in an accessible and engaging way.<\/p>\n

Illustrated signage along the heritage trail now immerses the visitor in the history of the site and features QR codes to quickly and easily access more detailed information.<\/p>\n

The project was a collaboration between Council, Traditional Owners and the Woodford Academy. It was assisted by the NSW Government through the Heritage Near Me program. The $75,000 heritage grant was awarded to Council in August 2018.<\/p>\n

Woodford Academy is open 10am to 4pm every third Saturday of the month, or by appointment for groups of 10 people or more.<\/p>\n
