Sculpture at Scenic World is now open in the Blue Mountains, providing the perfect excuse to escape the daily grind and reconnect with art and nature these school holidays.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Returning after a two-year hiatus due to coronavirus, Sculpture at Scenic World will transform the ancient <\/strong><\/em>rainforest into an outdoor art gallery from April 1 \u2013 May 2, showcasing 25 world class artworks from established and emerging artists.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Subtle sculptures and bold installations will capture the imagination of young and old, inviting visitors to experience nature and art in new ways beneath towering rainforest canopy.<\/p>\n

Now in its ninth year, Sculpture at Scenic World has earned a solid reputation as a must-see family event, accessed by the world\u2019s steepest railway with the iconic Three Sisters as a backdrop.<\/p>\n

Free Kids\u2019 Trail Guides will keep the little ones guessing on a nature-based adventure, while everyone will enjoy entry to Sculpture Otherwise \u2013 an indoor exhibition of smaller works held at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre.<\/p>\n

Visitors can also extend their Blue Mountains discovery with a range of exclusive accommodation package catering to families, couples and everyone in between. Packages are available from just $98 per person for a two-night stay.<\/p>\n

Sculpture at Scenic World Curator, Justin Morrissey, said the exhibition provided a memorable way for families to unplug from digital distractions and enjoy quality time together these school holidays.<\/p>\n

Ms Byrne also made a special mention of Twist & Shout, an outdoor exhibition of larger works which invites visitors to explore iconic locations in the Blue Mountains, including the Fairmont Resort & Spa, Braemar Gallery, Mountain Heritage Hotel, and the Carrington Hotel.<\/p>\n

\u201cSculpture at Scenic World is a celebration of art, nature and culture that has become a favourite among families, couples and art lovers alike,\u201d she said. \u201cWhere else can you descend into ancient rainforest to explore stunning artworks via the world\u2019s steepest railway?\u201d<\/p>\n

Sculpture at Scenic World is now open until May 2, including access to the exhibition and travel on the Scenic Railway, Cableway and Skyway. Entry also includes access to Sculpture Otherwise at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre.<\/p>\n

Tickets are priced from $49.90 for adults and $27.90 for children under 14 years. Season passes are also available, including unlimited entry to Sculpture at Scenic World from April 1 \u2013 May 2. Online earlybird savings also apply for entry before 10am during the school holidays.<\/p>\n

Scenic World is a COVIDsafe business and capacity limitations are in place to meet physical distancing guidelines. All rides are regularly deep cleaned and hand sanitising stations are readily available in high contact areas. Please note, face masks are mandatory on all Scenic World rides.<\/p>\n

Scenic World is currently accepting Dine & Discover NSW vouchers, providing $25 off entry to Sculpture at Scenic World. Vouchers can also be used for food and beverage purchases on site.<\/p>\n
