It&#8217;s also dog (on-leash), bike and horse friendly.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"5h2oo-0-0\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5h2oo-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5h2oo-0-0\">Berghofer&#8217;s Pass is a historic road that was built as an alternative road because early motor vehicles could not cope with the steep grades on Mitchell&#8217;s Victoria Pass. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ftnnp\" data-offset-key=\"6pq84-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6pq84-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6pq84-0-0\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ftnnp\" data-offset-key=\"emkmv-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"emkmv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"emkmv-0-0\">Work started on Berghofer&#8217;s Pass in 1907.
