PAYMENTS and OTHERS
- Annual payments are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscriptions are automatically managed through PayPal.
- Quoted prices are plus GST.
- No statistics are recorded for individual placements any where but Facebook.
CANCELLATIONS
- Subscriptions can be cancelled after 3 months, with 1 months notice via email. It’s up to you to cancel/unsubscribe through PayPal.
POSTPONED EVENT GUARANTEE
- If your “event program” event is postponed for any reason, ARBM will carry over/redo the promotion to the rescheduled date, at no extra cost.
- To activate this, you must advise ARBM as soon as the decision to postpone the event is made and the rescheduled event should occur within 3 months of the original event date.
PROVIDING COPY
- It is your responsibility to provide ARBM with information, copy and photos for Facebook, web, eMags. Promotions will continue to be run using existing copy unless we receive a change of copy from you.

Facebook – Impressions, Reach and Engagement
VIEWS
- Definition: The number of times your content was played or displayed. Content includes videos, posts, stories and ads.

REACH
- Definition: Reach represents the total number of unique users who have seen your content at least once. It is a measure of how many individual people your content has reached.
- Importance: Reach is crucial for understanding the breadth of your audience. A high reach indicates that your content is being seen by a large number of unique users, which is vital for expanding brand awareness.
ENGAGEMENT
- Definition: Engagement encompasses the interactions users have with your content, such as likes, comments, shares, and clicks. It reflects how users are responding to your content.
- Importance: Engagement is often considered the most important metric because it indicates active interest and interaction from users. High engagement suggests that your content is resonating well with your audience, which can lead to increased conversions and brand loyalty.
In summary, while Views measure how often the content is displayed, Reach measures how many unique individuals see it, and Engagement measures how users interact with it.
