Scenic World has launched an exclusive locals discount this summer, offering entry to Scenic World and
Dinosaur Valley any time from November 27 – January 31 for the cost of less than two visits.
Marking the first of its kind, the Mountain Pass is open to residents from the Blue Mountains LGA, providing access to Scenic World’s events and attractions in the lead up to – and during – school holidays.
Locals can enjoy the serenity of the Skyway with the Scenic Pass, or step back in time with access to Dinosaur Valley any time from November 27 – January 31.
Joined by knowledgeable Dinosaur Rangers, Dinosaur Valley visitors will meet dozens of life-sized dinosaurs among ancient rainforest, learn fun facts about prehistoric creatures, and wrap up the adventure onboard the world’s steepest railway.
The Scenic Pass also covers all of Scenic World’s attractions in a pre-approved circuit, featuring the Scenic Railway, Skyway, Cableway and Walkway.
Scenic World Managing Director, Anthea Hammon, said the Mountain Pass was part of Scenic World’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community which has played a pivotal part in the business’ evolution over the past 75 years.
“We value our strong connection to the Blue Mountains community,” she said. “To open the doors every day, we rely on people who live here, produce which has been made here and suppliers which are based in our own backyard.”
“It has been a tumultuous year – from fires to floods and a global pandemic – and we want to make Scenic World as accessible as it can be for our valued community so we can continue to thrive together.”
The Mountain Pass costs $75 for adults and $40 for children under 14 years and is now available for bookings from November 27 – January 31. Bookings must be made online before each visit, and photo ID must be presented upon arrival. Visitors are limited to one entry, per pass, per day. Terms and conditions apply.
